William
A. G. Wilde, who is the President of Creative Interconnect
Communications, LLC, has 27 years of experience as a provider and
installer of telecommunications interconnection equipment, and in
related management services, in San Carlos, California and the
surrounding areas.
He is also the founder and President of Creative
Interconnect, Inc. which has provided PBX and key system sales and
service for the past 27 years.
Mr. Wilde has extensive experience in ordering services
from the tariffs of Pacific Bell on behalf of the customers of
Creative Interconnect, Inc.
Mr. Wilde has managed an extensive number of Centrex,
foreign exchange, interexchange, and other types of circuits
provided by Pacific Bell and other Carriers on behalf of these
customers.
Mr.
Wilde has extensive experience in data processing and is the
designer and co-author of a comprehensive telephone call
accounting and billing program, which will be used by Creative
Interconnect Communications, LLC.
He is also a former Vice President and Board member of the
California Teleconnect Association.
As a result of the experience detailed above, other telecom
industry experience, finance and budget experience, and of his
experience as President of Creative Interconnect Communications,
LLC.
Mr. Wilde is familiar with the responsibilities and duties
inherent in a company's acting as a provider of facilities-based
and resale-based telecommunications services, and he has the
necessary qualifications and experience to manage the operations
of competitive local carrier public utility in California.

R.
C. Matthews, who is the Operations Manager of Creative
Interconnect Communications, LLC, has 16 years of experience with
Pacific Telephone and AT&T in the installation and maintenance
of telephone equipment, lines, and circuits.
He successfully completed numerous training courses while
in their employ. He has an additional 20 years of experience with Creative
Interconnect, Inc. as a technician, supervisor, and manager.
He has installed, maintained and supervised the
installation and maintenance of hundreds of CPE telephone
switches, and provisioned analog and digital circuits to them.
As
a result of the experience detailed above, Mr. Matthews is
familiar with the responsibilities and duties inherent in a
company's acting as a provider of facilities-based and
resale-based telecommunications services.
He has the necessary qualifications and experience to
manage the day to day operations of competitive local carrier
public utility in California.
